Plumbing Lecturer

The Role

We are currently seeking a Plumbing Lecturer to join a well-established and growing Further Education college in Sutton-in-Ashfield from June.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional or qualified lecturer to inspire the next generation of learners, delivering engaging and practical sessions across a range of plumbing courses.

Whether you are already teaching or looking to move into education, full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across plumbing programmes
• Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
• Contribute to curriculum development and course delivery
• Assess and track student progress
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements

• Cert Ed / PGCE or relevant teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or relevant vocational area
• Assessor Award (or willingness to work towards)
• Verifier Award (or willingness to work towards)
• English and Maths to Level 2 or above
• IT skills / experience
